Here’s a quickie post of the day; recently I was asked what motivates me, what effects my workouts…today it was the music. I have days where working out is the last thing I want to do, and today was that kind of a day. Here I was…at the top of Santa Monica stairs… staring at them, in a state of total demotivation and then it happened – I’m man enough to admit it – Justin Timberlake hit my iPod and I was ready to go. Just as my workouts change constantly so does my music play list. What’s on your iPod?
