So I busted through the plateau – not really sure how since I had doughnuts and Sour Patch Kids this week and didn’t work out except for skating, but whatever maybe taking a break is what works sometimes.
I weighed in at 203 lbs. this morning!!! I’m so excited, only 4 lbs. away from being in the 100s!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I’m down 31.5 lbs. and 5 BMI points since mid April.
The only disappointing thing is I’ve lost 31.5 lbs. and I only look a little bit slimmer.
