Well today I weighed in and was down 1.8 lbs (Thank God). I was worried that I might flatline like I did the previous week.
Altogether I’ve gone from a starting weight of 281.2 … down to 263. That’s 18 pounds in 7 weeks (I’ve lost 6.5% of my body weight). Not bad at all.
I’m no Tim, however, who has managed to drop 26 pounds in the same time period (12% of his body weight), which is incredible.
But I’m not unhappy with my weight loss rate.
My next goal: Consistency. I’ve been having a pattern of weight loss, flatline, weight loss, flatline, etc. This is the week where I will break that pattern.
