goal for july...

we skipped church this morning and are re-cooping from our orlando wedding yesterday. my legs are sore. after shooting 3 weddings in 8 days, we needed a little rest… however, we have a jam-packed week coming up, so today is cleaning day. boo. oh, and then we have an engagement shoot at 3! talk about craziness!

i’m on the weight loss train (yes, again). i swear… one of these times, the motivation is going to stick and my perseverance will keep me going! i’m crossing my fingers that this is the time! after meeting with a friend-of-a-friend who is a nutritionist, i feel so much more informed. i had no idea how to read a food label or how many calories i should technically be eating per day. knowing that information is key to losing weight. so… i calculated how much weight i want to lose and how quickly i’d like to lose it (2lbs/week is average) and if all goes as planned, i will be down to my goal weight by july. yes, july. it’s a little daunting, but with my thyroid issues, my mom has explained that i will probably never be able to eat whatever i want and still be a size 2. sad day oh well… such is life. you gotta take the hand you’re dealt. i’ll keep you updated… eeeek.

ok, well, enough rambling… i guess i should start tackling my nasty kitchen and reunite with my dyson before the day gets away from me!
