Simple Weight Loss - 8 Rules

8 Rules

1. Do not eat any foods outside of the meal balance guidelines.

2. Weigh yourself ONLY once every 6 weeks.

3. Walk at least 7,000 steps total a day. Keep a pedometer in your purse. Do not perform exhausting workouts unless you are in great shape.

4. Focus on creating efficient, simple, consistent eating & exercise routines, not weight loss.

5. Do not count calories, carbs or fat grams. Just eat meats, vegetables and natural dairy (eggs & cheese)

6. Commit to 12 weeks on the Meal Balance program.

7. Prepare yourself to help others lose weight.

8. Ignore the skepticism of others and the noise inside of your head.

Follow these rules and your life will change.Break just one of these rules and you will likely fail.

Note: If you want to do more exercise, and continue on a current exercise routine, you certainly can!  This will lead you to greater weight loss and/or fat% reduction.  Don’t kill yourself though, you will lose the weight simply by following the above 8 Rules.
