Overall Thoughts:
A good start I think, albeit slow with the weight loss. Setting the foundations for future workouts seems to be the most defining point of January. I know that little hump of a bicep is a bit tiny, but it is a lot more then what I started with, and it is visible! Appreciate the input you guys have been giving me, and if you guys wanna see anymore stats on the monthly basis let me know; I didn’t really plan this out much for the monthly posts, but just wanted to get something up here to get them started. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Things to focus on in February:
-Cardio
-Alternate Healthy Cheap Mobile Food
-More hardcore core exercise
