So I figured I would go ahead and give everyone an idea of my calorie intake for the past week. I didn’t exercise today or yesterday. I use a website called Calorie Count (caloriecount.about.com) and the “grade” is the nutrition “grade” calorie count gives based on the nutrients you get from the food. Anyway here is my food from the first of August.

On 2009-08-06 I actually probably had closer to 2100 calories but I was away from the computer and couldn’t log anything.
I also use an item called a GoWear Fit (www.gowearfit.com) it tracks my calories burned etc. I DON’T have the info from that at my fingertips.
I’m actually really upset with myself. I had 1622 calories today and I really wanted to stay under 1200 especially since I had a 1500 calorie day yesterday. I’m starting byetta hopefully in the next week or two (No I don’t have Diabete’s my blood sugar couldn’t be better actually. But my mom and sister both lost over 50 lbs using it so my DR prescribed it to me for weightloss) I just have to get the prescription ($300).
UNTIL then I’ll keep taking my “NEW Hydroxycut Theromgenic Advanced” that I have been taking for the past week that has really helped keep my calories down. (It’s not what was recalled!)
