Today was actually a good day.
I went for a walk this morning. Just over 1.5 miles. Not far but it was certainly better than nothing.
I stayed on track with staying within my daily weight watchers points. I know that there are the extra 35 weekly points that can be used for anything. I find that I lose more weight if I don’t use them.
One of my favorite lowfat and healthy snacks to have is popcorn. If you haven’t tried them I really like the Kernel Seasons popcorn seasoning. They don’t have very many of the different flavors at my local grocery stores. I do enjoy the nacho cheese flavor. So when I am craving Doritos I try nacho cheese popcorn instead first. Sometimes it works.
