Rather than wallow and obsess over how bad I did today – I’m making plans for the next 2 days.
Saturday:
- Up by 7:30am
- Take Angus for a walk around the block
- Get my hair did in the morning.
- Go to my parents to help my Dad out with some things.
- Paint the wall around the back door (trying NOT to get paint in my new hairdo).
- Hit the gym tomorrow evening for 20-30 minutes of cardio.
Sunday:
- Up by 8am.
- 20-30 min of cardio right after breakfast.
- Grocery shopping for breakfast/lunch for the upcoming week.
- Nap
- Laundry
- Work on de-cluttering.
