Your last meal of the day is crucial.
The key to burning calories and assisting you in getting a great nights sleep is to
eat the right foods.
Nothing more, nothing less -this is the answer.
Try this:
Weigh yourself and divide your bodyweight by 10 – That’s how many grams of protein
you need to eat. So, if you weigh 150 pounds, you need to eat 15 grams of protein.
Turkey:
Yep, I want you to eat turkey – proper, healthy turkey though and definately not deli-style
sliced turkey. Get on down to your local supermarket and ask the butcher to carve up
some real healthy non-processed white meat turkey breast.
So why should you be eating turkey?
Well’ I’ll tell you – it has HUGE protein content and it’s very low in fat, and it also has a lot of
tryptophan in it. Tryptophan helps you sleep and it is responsible for greater growth hormone
secretion.
This means that you will burn more body fat at night.
If you are really serious about losing weight and getting in shape then you need to eat…
Celery!
Just eat one celery stick for every 75 pounds of your weight.You will burn more calories
digesting it than what the celery stick contains.
This means that you will be consuming a meal that’s lower in calories, high in fibre, and
excellent for burning fat at night.
All you have to do is eat this meal about 2-3 hours before you go to bed.
You can drink water or eat more celery during that time if you wish to do so.
Give this a go for one week and see what happens!
Your fat bits will soon disappear….as if by magic!
