Many of you have tried and failed at weight loss or many of you have lost weight just to gain it back in a few months o for some of you in a few years. You are not alone in your struggle – I too have had the same battle. All my life I have gone up and down with my weight – WHY? because I LOVE FOOD!!! As Wendy Williams says, “I’m a foody!” BUT am I really a “foody” OR is this something that I have convinced myself that I am. Is my mind playing tricks on me? Because in the end, my body only needs but so much food – it’s my mind that tells me otherwise. Therefore, I have come to the conclusion that the hardest part about weight loss IS NOT actually losing the weight or the work one has to put into it because we all have or work hard at different things - it’s REALLY the MINDSET one may have with regard to what they eat or why they eat and also their lack of MENTAL focus when it comes to exercise.There are plenty of weight loss programs out there to help you and I suggest you choose the right one for you. This blog we will examine many of the different weight loss programs and products to help you make right decision concerning your weight loss. SOON I will via video take you through my process of weight loss and maintenance and perhaps I can also help you with setting up a program as you watch and witness me lose weight.
We will also examine the facts and myths about weight loss and most importantly we will encourage one another through this process. In the end, it is something that one has to work on for LIFE - but once you have MENTALLY comitted to weight loss and make a DECISION for yourself - you have already won 90% of the battle. The other 10% will simply take a PHYSICAL commitment.
