Ever wondered how otheres look so thin and health, while you look like a blob? More often then not the reason is obvious at least to everyone else than you, you’re eating to much or not eating healthy. Eating one meal a day at burger king might not be to bad calori wise, but it wont do you much good either. The lack og vitamines and minerales will make your skin pale, and you will look generally unhealthy. Eating health isn’t that hard, most of us has a general idea on what’s good for you and what’s not. A friend of my ones said “if it tastes good, spit it out”. Luckily eating healthy isn’t as bad as that, but.. try to eat healthy at least 5 times a week, it will make a difference.
