so I have been absent and not posting. I missed post the last two tuesday weigh ins.
This last tuesday i didn’t bother weighing in. I knew the scale was going to be up because I spent the week binging on junk. The week before I had gained some weigh back.
I have dusted myself off and have hit the so called restart button.
I have been back to tracking a two whole days now. I even accounted for the splurging of points I had at dinner tonight. try as I might I just like cream sauce on my pasta and bread-sticks. so needless to say but I now have to stay withint my daily points as I am out of all the extra 35 weekly points.
The last two days I have gotten exercise in. I walked 30 minutes both days and I rode the stationary bike last night for 30 minutes.
I really do want to finish losing this weight. I want to healthy and I admit it I am vain I want to look better than I do now.
