Well I’m still losing weight but it’s going soooo slowly. Last week it was 2.2 pounds and this week it was 3.6 pounds. I just don’t understand why it’s going so slowly. It’s really very discouraging. I feel like I could lose this amount of weight on something like weight watchers and actually get to eat food. I know that I need to start excersizing but I’m always so tired and hungry add in school and work and I just don’t have the time or energy. I was expecting to lose about 5 pounds a week and that is just not happening. It’s crazy to step on the scale day after day and not see the number budge AT ALL. Especially when you haven’t eaten a single thing. UGH!
